The chowmein recipe I'm obsessed with:
Today, I'm excited to share with you my most loved chowmein recipe, passed down by my family and perfected over the years. let's cook with me.

Ingredients:
- 1 Package of chowmein noodles
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Cups of mixed vegetables (capsicum, cabbage, carrots)
- 1 Cup of boiled or fried chicken
- 2 Teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 Teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 Teaspoon vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Recipe:
- Cook the noodles in hot boiling water for around 5-6 minutes
- Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over medium heat
- Add onion until golden brown
- Add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes then add cubes of chicken and mix it with vegetables and cook for 2 minutes
- Add salt, black pepper ,soy sauce ,chili sauce and vinegar
- Add noodles and mixed them all
- Dish out in plate and enjoy your chowmein.
tips:
use your favorite protein or add tofu
serve with sliced green onions and sesame seeds
