Beef pulao recipe pakistani

 Pulao Perfection: A simple and delicious recipe:

Spices, rice and love, a recipe so true, pulao, the dish that's made just for you.
          


    Ingredients:
  1.  1 Cup of basmati rice
  2. 2 Cups of water
  3. 2 Tablespoon of oil
  4. 1 Small onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 Clove of garlic, minced
  6. 1 Tomato, finely chopped
  7. 1 1/2kg beef ,boiled 
  8. Food color
  9. Pulao masala
  10. Salt 
      Recipe:
  • Rinse the rice in a fine mesh sieve until the water runs clear ,set aside.
  • Heat oil ,add onion cook it until golden brown, then add garlic and tomato .when tomato will cooked then add beef.
  • Fry the beef  properly around 10 minutes.
  • Then add pulao masala and salt and cook them for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add water and bring to a boil.
  • Add rice and  stir to combine with beef mixture.
  • When water will reduced , reduce the heat to low, add food color, cover the pan with a tight lid, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed and the rice is cooked.
  • Once completed mixed it once.
  • Serve the beef pulao hot.
      Tips:
  •      Use high quality of basmati rice for the best flavor and texture.
  •       for a more intense flavor, use beef broth instead of water.
