Pulao Perfection: A simple and delicious recipe:
Spices, rice and love, a recipe so true, pulao, the dish that's made just for you.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of basmati rice
- 2 Cups of water
- 2 Tablespoon of oil
- 1 Small onion, finely chopped
- 1 Clove of garlic, minced
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 1/2kg beef ,boiled
- Food color
- Pulao masala
- Salt
Recipe:
- Rinse the rice in a fine mesh sieve until the water runs clear ,set aside.
- Heat oil ,add onion cook it until golden brown, then add garlic and tomato .when tomato will cooked then add beef.
- Fry the beef properly around 10 minutes.
- Then add pulao masala and salt and cook them for 3-4 minutes.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Add rice and stir to combine with beef mixture.
- When water will reduced , reduce the heat to low, add food color, cover the pan with a tight lid, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed and the rice is cooked.
- Once completed mixed it once.
- Serve the beef pulao hot.
Tips:
- Use high quality of basmati rice for the best flavor and texture.
- for a more intense flavor, use beef broth instead of water.
